PRIORITY COLLECTION / PURSUE

ALIEN / UAP ARCHIVES

Official records first. Claims later. Preserve the source. Present the analysis here.

Cyberdelia treats the current federal UAP release stream as priority public-records material. Source provenance is preserved separately from interpretation. Bulk media binaries remain deferred while storage is constrained.

Evidence boundary: “Alien / UAP Archives” is a discovery label, not a conclusion. Unresolved does not mean extraterrestrial.

HOUSE POSITIONWe want to believe. We require evidence. We want to understand how it works.

COLLECTION STATUS / 17 SEP 2026 CAPTURE

What is actually in the pipeline.

The archive manifest is not just a link list. It records the size, release cadence, provenance state, and records Cyberdelia has elevated for deeper reconstruction. Numbered release tranches are tracked separately from later program actions.

PROGRAM UPDATE / 14 SEP 2026 / NOT A NUMBERED TRANCHE

PURSUE now has an announced legal-waiver disclosure mechanism.

The Department of War announced an authorized, legally protected mechanism for personnel to provide UAP-related national-defense information to designated PURSUE representatives. Cyberdelia tracks that as a program-status event. Release 05 remains the latest numbered file tranche until the official source publishes another.

MEDIA POLICY

Source media is evidence. Editorial video is ours.

Government footage remains source material with provenance attached. Cyberdelia's explanatory and editorial video layer is first-party: our narration, diagrams, analysis, transcript, source notes, and revisions.

SOURCE MEDIA

Catalog before commentary

Agency, release number, filename, date, retrieval path, source URL, checksums where acquired, and relationship to the case remain attached to the media record.

EDITORIAL VIDEO

Cyberdelia produces the explanation

Flagship UAP video is not built around somebody else's upload. When released, it should be our own work backed by source footage, diagrams, transcripts, and references.

STORAGE

Heavy binaries remain deferred

Bulk video mirroring is postponed while storage is constrained. Documents, manifests, metadata, case reconstruction, and technical analysis take priority.

PURSUE RELEASES / SOURCE INVENTORY

Five tranches. Dates, mass, state.

Every release is tracked as an object with a source URL and preservation state. The point is to know what exists, what we hold, and what we have not yet mirrored.

≈643 MBlisted total

Includes a 1953 film-analysis record concerning Montana and Utah events from 1950 and 1952.

TECHNOLOGY DESK / CONDITIONAL ENGINEERING

If the observation survives, what has to be true?

Each note starts after the provenance and sensor questions. These are not claims of exotic origin. They are engineering gates: mechanisms must pay for force, energy, heat, materials, control and observable signatures.

Air Force operator at an MQ-9 control station
TECH 001 / DYNAMICS

If the Acceleration Is Real

Force, inertia, control authority and energy are the first bills. Sensor geometry has to support the acceleration estimate before propulsion speculation begins.

TEST: mass × acceleration → required force; then predicted secondary signatures.
U.S. Navy radar and operations station
TECH 002 / PROPULSION

No Exhaust, No Free Lunch

A missing visible plume does not erase momentum or waste heat. Any mechanism still needs an energy source and a coupling path.

TEST: momentum destination, thermal load, atmospheric effects, sensor observables.
Air Force sensor operator near an aircraft
TECH 003 / FLUID DYNAMICS

Transmedium Without the Drama

Crossing air and water imposes drag, pressure, cavitation and structural constraints long before anyone gets to mythology.

TEST: interface effects, pressure field, heat, wake and acoustic signatures.
U.S. Navy radar system
TECH 004 / SIGNATURES

Maybe the Trick Is the Signature

Radar deception, thermal management, plasma effects and sensor-native design are testable only when the sensor chain is known.

TEST: identify altered channel, mechanism, energy requirement and side effects.
Air Force sensor operators at a control station
TECH 005 / DISTRIBUTED SYSTEMS

If an Orb Launched Orbs

A carrier-and-probe interpretation turns the case into robotics, deployment mechanics, coordination and communications.

TEST: launch sequence, network behavior, latency, synchronization and emissions.
U.S. Navy F/A-18 pilot in cockpit
TECH 006 / FALSIFIABILITY

Make It Predict Something

An explanation becomes useful when it tells us what another sensor should see and what result would kill the idea.

TEST: next observable, detecting instrument, falsifier, ordinary competitor.

PRIORITY RECORD WATCHLIST / MANIFESTED ITEMS

Records worth opening, not merely naming.

Each item below carries an identifier, temporal context and a reason it matters. “Unresolved” remains an evidentiary status. It is not promoted into an origin claim.

Military electro-optical sensor platform used as UAP analysis context
DOW-UAP-D077 / 05 JUN 2026 / WESTERN U.S.

“Orbs Launching Orbs”

Record: Unresolved Case Analysis Update concerning an event observed by multiple federal agents over two days.

Establishes: an official unresolved-case record exists and was important enough to receive a dedicated analysis update.

Does not establish: vehicle identity, mechanism, or extraterrestrial origin.

DOW-UAP-PR49 / 2026 / U.S. ARMY

Army unresolved UAP report

Record: Department of the Army unresolved report indexed by PURSUE, with official media-page provenance.

Analysis gate: preserve native sensor context, range ambiguity, platform state and geometry before interpreting apparent motion or thermal behavior.

DOW-UAP-D098 / RELEASE 05 / 1950–1953

Film Analysis of Unidentified Objects

Record: 1953 analysis tied to filmed events in Montana and Utah from 1950 and 1952.

Why it matters: the archive includes historical analytical work, not just modern military sensor clips.

Open question: what information survives about original film, copying history, calibration and analytic assumptions?

DOW-UAP-D097 / RELEASE 04 / 1948

Project Sign Progress Report

Record: early U.S. Air Force-era reporting indexed in the current release stream.

Why it matters: it gives a historical baseline for how official institutions classified and reasoned about anomalous aerial reports before modern sensors and terminology.

DOE-UAP-D004 / RELEASE 04 / 22 MAR 1949 / NEW MEXICO

Record: historical Department of Energy-linked material concerning aerial phenomena at Los Alamos.

Why it matters: it sits at the intersection of early Cold War security, scientific institutions and anomalous-report handling.

ANALYSIS DOCKET / MULTI-FILE CASE

Gulf of Oman sequence

Value: a sequence gives us more leverage than a single viral clip: timing, cross-frame consistency, geometry and sensor behavior can be tested against one another.

Rule: preserve the sequence as a case set. Do not let one dramatic frame become the entire story.

ARCHIVAL METHOD

Preserve first. Interpret second.

A record can be historically important without proving the extraordinary claim attached to it.

SOURCE

Official provenance

Original filename, agency, release number, source URL and retrieval metadata remain recorded even when only metadata is locally preserved.

INTEGRITY

Hash when acquired

When binaries are acquired, they receive checksums. Derivatives never silently replace source material.

ACCESS

Analysis lives here

Readers should be able to follow Cyberdelia's reconstruction, technical argument, and source trail without being bounced through an external-media carousel.

ANALYSIS

Competing explanations welcome

Sensor artifacts, aircraft, balloons, satellites, adversary systems, atmospheric effects, fabrication, unknown technology and genuinely unresolved cases remain live until evidence closes them.
